WHO WILL BE MY THERAPIST?
Vass provides all of the individual treatments and works with an experienced female therapist for couples and group bookings.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Payment is made after you have received your treatment. You can pay by Cash, Revolut, Wise or bank transfer.

We may request a deposit during busy times, for group bookings or when there is a lot of travel involved. Deposit payments can easily be made via bank transfer.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK A MASSAGE FOR THE SAME DAY?
Yes it is possible. We will always try our best to accommodate same day requests and often have availability within a few hours.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY OF MY MASSAGE?
We aim to be with you 10 minutes early so we can set everything up and start on time. Please keep your phone close by in case we need to contact you.

CAN I HAVE MY MASSAGE OUTSIDE?
Yes you can. Please choose a shaded area if it's a hot day.

HOW SHOULD I DRESS FOR MY MASSAGE?
Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in for your treatment.

WHERE DO I GET CHANGED?
We will always give you privacy to get changed before and after your massage.

WHAT TIMES ARE YOUR SERVICES AVAILABLE?
Our standard hours are 10am-8pm, 7 days a week.

CAN I BOOK EARLIER IN THE MORNING OR LATER IN THE EVENING?
We will always do our best to organise any out-of-hours services that you require. Please contact us for more information. Extra charges may apply.

CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the start time will be subject to a 50% charge.

WHY DO YOU REQUEST PARKING AND ACCESS?
Mallorca is a busy island and it can be very difficult to find parking. In order for us to provide you with an excellent service we need to be able to park at or very close to your property.

IS EVERYTHING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Yes, our prices include island-wide transport and all other costs.

DO YOU SUPPLY EVERYTHING?
Yes, we supply all towels and equipment needed to deliver our services.
